"The flaw in our character is our insistence on separating blue-collar jobs from white-collar jobs, and encouraging one form of education over another." -Mike Rowe

Educational Philosophy

High school should prepare students for life beyond school walls, whether that be immediately entering the career field or continuing onto post-secondary education, trades ect. It is my responsibility as an educator then, to aid in that preperation. My task as an Agriculture Education Instructor is to help connect the dots between what is learned in other classes to potential career fields, specifically those related to agriculture. It is my belief that the skills I teach will enrich students and give them the tools needed to accomplish their goals both during and after high school.
