Mrs. Brittany Hoversland

Mrs. Hoversland attended the University of Montana-Missoula for undergrad receiving her bachelor's degree in History and Political Science and a Comprehensive Social Science Teaching Certificate in 2010. After teaching for two years in Terry, MT she moved back to Baker, married Mr. Hoversland and accepted a job at Baker High School. She has since received her Master's Degree in Political Science from American Public University.

Educational Philosophy

My goal for any one of my students is to foster in the ability to think critically as an individual. As passionate as I am about the social sciences, and political science in particular, I strive to create an atmosphere that is a conducive environment to civic engagement and a critical interpretation of both history and current events.
